As an IT Manager, you'll be responsible for our Core Framework. This role is an opportunity to shape the technological future of a product existing over 20 years, merging cutting-edge advancements with well-established architecture. You’ll lead the way in modernizing legacy components, adopting industry-standard technologies, and integrating them seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- Responsible for cross functional teams in Core, who you will help unlock their full potential by fostering growth and optimizing their skills.
- Guide project planning, ensure timely delivery, and support flawless execution of development initiatives.
- Enhance processes and team performance while promoting a culture of learning and innovation.
- Align with internal stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure projects run smoothly.
- Leverage your expertise to evolve legacy systems, adopt new technologies, and strengthen our product foundation.
- Build strong connections with teams in the Netherlands and India, bridging cultures and ensuring effective communication.
You’re a seasoned leader with a strong foundation and experience working in the IT\Technology domain. You have a collaborative mindset, and a passion for motivating teams to achieve their best. You also thrive in a dynamic environment where you balance technical innovation with legacy system management.
Your background and skills include:
- Servant leadership style focused on empowering and supporting teams.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in leadership roles within software development, balancing innovation with legacy systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging cultural and geographical divides.
- Familiarity with modern development practices, frameworks, and legacy system architecture.
- Strong analytical skills for understanding complex challenges and making informed decisions.
- Experience with distributed teams and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in product development for enterprise software.
- Fluency in Dutch (preferred but not mandatory).
- A knack for fostering continuous improvement and driving team performance.

For this role, we offer a salary up to a maximum of €6.500,- gross a month and the following benefits package.
