We are looking for a Multimedia Designer with a strong background in graphic design to join our Multimedia Design team within Global Communications. Based in our Hyderabad office, you will create professional visual content across formats, with a particular focus on marketing collateral and PowerPoint presentation design. You will apply sound judgement in typography, visual hierarchy, composition and layout while balancing quality, consistency and delivery deadlines.

What you’ll do

You will create and develop visual content for Planon’s global Marketing and Communications activities. Your responsibilities include:

• Design content for digital channels, including social media posts and carousels, web banners, digital advertising creatives and email campaigns.
• Create publications and marketing collateral, including brochures, e-books, case studies, whitepapers and newsletters.
• Develop infographics and data visualisations that make complex information easier to understand.
• Design and edit branded PowerPoint presentations with clear visual storytelling, structure and consistency.
• Create materials for virtual and in-person events, including webinar presentations, exhibition graphics, roll-ups, banners and promotional assets.
• Develop reusable templates and design systems for campaigns, presentations and recurring content formats.
• Collaborate with Global Communications, Global Marketing and other internal stakeholders to translate briefs into effective, brand-consistent deliverables.

You will report to the Country Director in India, with a functional reporting line to the Global Communications Director. You will be part of Planon’s global Multimedia Design team and work closely with colleagues in Global Communications, Global Marketing and other internal stakeholders.

You combine strong visual design capability with structured project delivery. You clarify requirements, explain design choices and manage feedback constructively in an international stakeholder environment.

Must-haves

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic and multimedia design.
• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design, layout and visual storytelling across multiple formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Express.
• Strong PowerPoint design and presentation-layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining agreed quality and brand standards.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in an international environment.

Good-to-haves

• A bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools, such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
