We’re at the start of transforming the corporate organizations across the Middle East with our market-leading Integrated Workplace Management solutions to create smart sustainable buildings. To do this, we are looking for a driven sales professional who will drive growth in the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

 

Your job

You will be at the forefront of growing our presence, identifying and generating new business opportunities, and managing partnerships with key players in the region. You'll leverage our existing network of partners such as Schneider Electric, SAP, Deloitte, PWC, EY, KPMG, and local resellers to drive sales and build strong relationships, all while maintaining a strategic focus on sustainable growth.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute your sales plan for the Middle East market, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities.
  • Represent Planon and our innovative IWMS solutions at key events.
  • Work closely with partners and resellers to build lasting relationships, ensuring a steady pipeline of new business.
  • Collaborate with the local team and leadership to build trust and credibility with our prospects, partners and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide forecasts, and meet or exceed your personal sales targets.
  • Be part of a growing team, shaping the future of Planon in the Middle East with opportunities for professional development.

Profile

We are looking for a motivated New Business Sales Professional with a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market and its cultural dynamics. As an entrepreneurial and analytical individual with a proven sales track record, you excel in client engagement and B2B software sales. Acting as a trusted business partner, you have the ability to discuss business processes with customers, create synergy within teams, and motivate yourself and others toward achieving goals. 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2B software/SaaS sales. focused on generating new business.
  • Strong business development and networking skills, focused on driving growth.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Analytical, hands-on, and customer-oriented.
  • Proactive and result-driven, with a focus on new business generation.
