Job description

As Partner Success Consultant, you help Planon partners deliver consistently high-quality services and grow their delivery maturity.

 

In the new partnering framework, we have defined three distinct delivery models that can be chosen during the sales phase depending on maturity and other factors: a partner-led approach, a Planon-led model, and a hybrid method where both sides collaborate throughout the delivery process.

 

You operationalize and run the hybrid delivery model as the primary operational point of contact—from contract review through delivery governance—working closely with Partnering and the Global Management Organization. Your focus is to make partner delivery safe, scalable, and outcome-driven by applying Planon best practices, tools, and methodologies, and by proactively reducing delivery risk.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the hybrid delivery model with partners (governance, cadence, RACI, tooling, and handovers).
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for hybrid engagements; coordinate Planon internal teams and the partner.
  • Support contract reviews to clarify scope, responsibilities, delivery approach, and quality controls to reduce delivery risk.
  • Run delivery governance forums: agree KPIs, track actions, manage escalations, and ensure follow-through.
  • Track partner delivery health, capacity, and maturity; identify risks early and drive mitigation actions with Partnering.
  • Co-create and refresh partner-ready toolkits, playbooks, and enablement packages with the Center of Excellence based on delivery learnings.

Profile

What you bring

  • Experience in Services delivery, delivery governance/PMO, partner management, enablement, or a comparable operational role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to drive forums, decisions, and follow-through across teams.
  • A structured way of working: comfortable with RACI, governance cadences, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Risk mindset: able to spot delivery risks early, escalate appropriately, and coordinate mitigation actions.
  • Coaching/advisory attitude: you help partners grow capability and maturity while keeping a high bar on delivery quality.
  • Comfortable working across regions and cultures; clear communicator who can challenge constructively.
