At Planon, the role of an HR Data & Technology advisor is pivotal in building a reliable, scalable and future-ready digital foundation for our People organization. As Planon grows as a global Software & Services organization and as part of Schneider Electric, you will help us simplify processes, improve system reliability and turn People data into insights that support better decisions.
Collaborating with Planon HR, Digital and IT teams, as well as Schneider Electric specialists, you will translate business needs into practical improvements across our HR technology landscape. You combine hands-on system knowledge with analytical thinking, process improvement and an interest in responsible AI adoption.
What we can challenge you with:
- Support and continuously improve Planon’s global People Technology landscape, with a focus on reliability, usability and employee experience.
- Translate HR and business needs into scalable system improvements, workflows, permissions, structures and data solutions.
- Strengthen People master data quality, governance and consistency across HR systems and related enterprise platforms.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and insights that help HR and business stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and standardize People processes across countries and functions.
- Act as a practical AI champion for HR by exploring responsible use cases for automation, digital assistants and AI-enabled process improvements.
- Partner with Digital, IT, Security and Schneider Electric specialists on integrations, standards, best practices and safe adoption of new technology.
This role is a great fit if you enjoy combining systems, data and process improvement in an international People environment. You are proactive, structured and comfortable working with stakeholders across HR, Digital, IT and the business.
You have:
- Experience with HR technology, enterprise applications, business systems, data platforms or reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with system administration, configuration, workflows, permissions or process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate People data into clear, actionable insights.
- Understanding of integrations, master data structures, reporting logic and data quality principles.
- Affinity with AI, automation and emerging technologies, with a responsible approach to privacy, security and ethics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
- Good command of English; Dutch is a plus for local collaboration.
