As an Application Manager, you bridge the gap between our software and the client. You ensure smooth operations, proactively seek improvements, and build strong relationships. Together with your colleagues and clients, you’ll create solutions that truly make a difference.

• Guide and support clients in optimizing their software solutions.
• Analyze challenges and work towards sustainable solutions together.
• Keep software systems up to date and implement new features.
• Think proactively about innovations and improvements that benefit clients.

About the team
You’ll be part of our close-knit EMEA West team, a group of 20 dedicated Application Managers who share a passion for technology and service. We learn from each other, support each other, and grow together while keeping our clients at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a communicative, solution-oriented colleague who thrives on collaboration and making an impact.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 1-3 years of experience in application management, IT support, or a similar role. No experience? No problem! A strong affinity for technology and learning is just as valuable.
• Is curious about software and processes and eager to explore tools like SQL and JavaScript.
• Speaks and writes fluent Dutch and English.
• Is structured, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a team.
