We’re looking for an internal candidate to strengthen our services contribution in complex bids and RFPs. This is a great moment to step into a role that is evolving within the new Global Management Organization: together we will shape the outcomes, processes, and ways of working so the role creates maximum impact across Sales, Services, Finance and PMO.
The Services Bid Manager – RFP & Strategic Deals safeguards the Services perspective in complex bids and RFPs. While Sales remains accountable for deal submission, you ensure that Services scopes are deliverable, staffable, and compliant with global pricing, delivery, and governance standards. By validating delivery assumptions, identifying risks early, and coordinating Services input across stakeholders, you protect margin, reduce delivery risk, and support scalable ARR growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate services input for selected RFPs and complex bids across regions.
- Act as the services coordination point between Sales, Services, Legal, and Project Management Office.
- Structure, validate, and challenge delivery approaches, assumptions, risks, and resourcing.
- Ensure services components of bids comply with global pricing models, delivery standards, and governance frameworks.
- Support Sales in deal shaping by challenging scope, timelines, and delivery feasibility from a services perspective.
- Drive consistency and quality across services sections of proposals, SOWs, and bid documentation. Working closely together with the Center of Excellence
- Ensure the deal is services‑ready for approval, with risks, mitigations, and ownership clearly defined.
- A high-impact role at the heart of strategic deals, with visibility across Sales and Services leadership.
- The opportunity to co-create and refine the role within the new GMO organization—shaping processes, governance, and best practices.
- Collaboration with international stakeholders and access to global frameworks, standards and bid tooling.
- A strong learning curve in commercial deal shaping, delivery governance, and risk management.
