Job description

Partner marketing will have a clear face and strong foundation within our international organization, thanks to you. You will empower our partners to truly grow: develop strategies, set up processes, and make a difference by activating and supporting partners with smart marketing initiatives. In this independent role, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to build partner marketing from the ground up and make a direct impact on our global ambitions. 

What will you do? 
In this role, you will truly shape partner marketing and ensure our partners can thrive. You will focus on setting up, executing, and optimizing partner marketing activities. Your key responsibilities: 

  • Build the partner marketing foundation; set up a global way of working.  
  • Implement and optimize systems, including the new Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool (Zinfi). 
  • Onboard and activate new partners, enabling them to successfully sell or implement our products. 
  • Expand the partner network by setting up recruitment campaigns. 
  • Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, aimed at increasing shared pipeline. 
  • Establish the framework and strategy for partner marketing worldwide, working closely with regional teams. 
  • Connect internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration. 

Profile

You are an entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys building something new and easily connects with a variety of stakeholders. You bring: 

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, software, or technology. 
  • More than 2 years of experience with channel / partner marketing.  
  • Experience in setting up and implementing digital tools and systems, ideally a PRM tool such as Zinfi. 
  • A self-starting, proactive attitude and the ability to independently set up processes. 
  • Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly master new systems. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. 
  • Living within commuting distance of an hour to our headquarters in Nijmegen.
