At Planon International, we’re on a mission to revolutionize Field Service Management (FSM) and Integrated Facility Management (IFM)—empowering organizations to optimize resources, automate processes, and enhance service delivery from A to Z.

Now, we’re looking for a driven, results-oriented hunter to expand our footprint across Europe. As a New Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for building new opportunities from the ground up, penetrating untapped markets, and driving revenue growth for our Planon Universe for Service Providers. If you thrive on chasing new business, closing high-impact deals, and disrupting the status quo, this is the role for you.

What you’ll Do:

  • Own new business development for service providers in Europe, with a focus on hard services and smart building solutions;
  • Identify, target, and secure new clients, using a strategic and proactive approach to drive pipeline growth;
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to penetrate new regions and verticals, leveraging industry trends in IT innovation and smart buildings;
  • Build and nurture a strong network, engaging with key decision-makers and positioning Planon as the go-to partner;
  • Deliver compelling pitches and product demos, effectively communicating value to prospective clients;
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
    Maintain meticulous CRM records, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

Profile

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives on building success from the ground up. You excel in client engagement and foster trusted business partnerships. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • A true new business hunter with 3–5 years of success selling complex software solutions in Europe in the FSM/IFM service provider market (hard services preferred);
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them;
  • Strong consultative sales skills, able to challenge prospects and sell a vision;
  • A strategic thinker who can craft and execute business development plans;
  • A relationship builder with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe to meet clients and build the market;
  • Based in Europe  to collaborate efficiently with our teams in the Netherlands.
