You successfully fulfil your role by:

• Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
• Test Execution: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Defect Management: Identify & Analyse, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Reporting: Generate detailed test reports and provide insights on test results and quality metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall software quality.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Tester.
• Experience in test automation and related tools (such as Playwright, Selenium), experience in Azure DevOps & IntelliJ is a plus.
• Experience in state-of-the-art testing methods and in setting up and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks.
• Experience in analysing or delegating the analysis of automated test results, demonstrating strong analytical insight and problem-solving ability.
• Interested in new techniques and you like to stay informed.
• Experience in guiding your team members, focusing on achieving first-time-right development.
• Good communication skills, customer focus and accuracy.
• Strong hands-on mentality.
