United States - We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee software implementation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex software deployment initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this role you will:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and proactively addressing risks and challenges.
- Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, establishing contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure effective end-user training and support change management for successful software adoption.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Based in North America (Boston-based is preferred, not a requirement).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise software implementations, such as ERP, CRM, or IWMS systems.
- Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and testing processes.
- Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
