Job description

We are looking for Financial Administrator. In this role, you are responsible at a central level for the control and correct and timely processing of customer orders in our systems. Are you ready to jump into action?

 

"As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. You will play a key role in supporting the finance team and contributing to accurate reporting."

 

You successfully fulfil your role by:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate A/P, processing and incoming and outgoing payments
  • Responsible for preparing and reconciliation of allocated balance sheet accounts
  • Weekly preparation of payment batches and individual payments
  • Processing of travel expenses
  • Prepare and assist with month end close activities
  • Validation of incoming orders
  • License distribution and maintenance activities
  • Resolution of licensing issues
  • Providing support in achieving our Finance Operation Annual goals

  • 2 to 4 years relevant working experience
  • Education any relevant financial background
  • You have strong administrative and organizational skills, are flexible and you are used to working with deadlines
  • You work independently and accurately and are persistent and convincing, but also service oriented
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • You have (near) native speaking and writing skills in English.
  • You strive for continuous improvement and process optimization, you have an enthusiastic and drive attitude and are a customer-aware team player
