As Growth Marketer, you drive scalable, data-driven growth. You’re the link between strategy and execution, turning insights into actions that boost revenue, delight customers, and fuel international expansion. Your key responsibilities
You are responsible for driving growth and strengthening our market position. The core of your role includes: 

  • Ownership of the worldwide campaign and content strategy, focused on acquisition, retention, and loyalty for several of our product lines.  
  • Executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and regions. 
  • Data-driven working: analyzing market data, campaign performance, and customer behavior to continuously optimize and steer for results. 
  • Aligning with sales, regional teams, and external partners for optimal collaboration. 
  • Positioning new propositions and contributing to strategic projects (such as the data center proposition with Schneider Electric). 
  • Working with the latest marketing automation tools and supporting the further rollout of ABM. 

Profile

  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably internationally. 
  • Excellent writer, capable of producing impactful content. 
  • Experience with growth marketing, demand generation, customer growth, and working with data and analytics. 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. 
  • Previous experience in running Marketing campaigns using marketing automation tooling such as Marketo, Semrush, Google Analytics, and SalesForce CRM would be a huge beneficial. 
  • Living within commuting distance of an hour to our headquarters in Nijmegen.
