We need you to assure quality of our web-based enterprise products, together with members of your multidisciplinary scrum team. You will be checking our software against the best practice business processes of our customers. You successfully fulfil your role by:
Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
Test Execution: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Strong focus will be on manual business flow tests, where you prove the quality of our software against the functional and business requirements of customers.
Defect Management: Identify & Analyse, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
Reporting: Generate detailed test reports and provide insights on test results and quality metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall software quality.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- 6 - 8 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Experience in functional and business flows tests is a must. Eagerness to understand our customer’s business is therefore also a must.
- Experience in state-of-the-art testing methods and in setting up and maintaining test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience in analysing or delegating the analysis of automated test results, demonstrating strong analytical insight and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in test automation, related tools (such as Playwright, Selenium) and Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Interest in new techniques and staying informed and up to date.
- Deriving test cases based on requirements or discussions with the Product Owner.
- Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in guiding your team members, focusing on achieving first-time-right development.
- Good communication skills, customer focus and accuracy.
