We need you to assure quality of our web-based enterprise products, together with members of your multidisciplinary scrum team. You will be checking our software against the best practice business processes of our customers. You successfully fulfil your role by:

• Test design & coverage: Analyse business/functional/technical requirements and design test scenarios & cases.
• Defect prevention: Contribute in requirement analysis and design discussions to avoid defects early.
• Test strategy & planning: Define test approach, plan, scope, and priorities for thorough testing.
• Test execution: Execute functional, regression, exploratory, performance, and security testing, with strong manual business-flow focus.
• Defect management & reporting: Identify/analyse, document, and track defects; provide test status, results, and quality metrics.
• Automation, collaboration & mentoring: Build/maintain automated tests, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior testers, and drive continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• 6 to 8 years’ QA/testing experience with strong customer focus and communication.
• Strong in requirements-based test design and business-flow (manual) testing.
• Experienced with modern testing methods; maintaining test scripts/frameworks.
• Test automation exposure (e.g., Selenium/Playwright) and analysis of automated results.
• Agile/Scrum mindset; proactive learning and mentoring, with a defect-prevention focus through first-time-right development.
• Experience in Atlassian Jira and JetBrains TeamCity is a plus.
