Brighton – If you're driven by the idea of delivering smart, enterprise-level software that helps organizations optimise their buildings, workplaces, and facilities, this is your chance to lead transformative projects that make a measurable impact for clients across the UK and beyond.
As part of a team of four Project Managers, you’ll typically manage around 10 projects at a time—including 2 large-scale and 2 smaller initiatives—depending on scope and stage. You’ll work primarily with clients in the UK, and occasionally in the Nordics, ensuring seamless project execution while supporting our sales and account teams with new business efforts.
In this role you will:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client needs, business value, and industry best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and proactively addressing risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams, assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability for high-quality deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, adapting plans and coordinating solutions to maintain momentum.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track KPIs to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including training, sales, and account management—to support user adoption, change management, and long-term client success.
Our mission is to deliver in-house software that helps clients tackle complex facility and workplace challenges with confidence. To achieve this, we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager who can lead teams and clients to success through clear communication, strong leadership, and hands-on experience managing complex software implementations.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, client-facing software implementation projects for enterprise-level organizations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, testing processes, and enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM, or IWMS).
- Solid understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
- Experience supporting pre-sales efforts and collaborating with account management to drive client success.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
Please note that this position requires successful completion of a UK Government security clearance process. Candidates must meet the necessary eligibility criteria to obtain and maintain this clearance.
