As Manager Services, you will lead our Services organisation in Germany and play a central role in delivering successful client implementations and life-cycle services. You will combine people leadership, operational management and commercial responsibility to ensure high-quality delivery within agreed scope, budget, contracts and service-level agreements.

You will own the performance and development of your Services team, work closely with the Services Director and other regional leaders, and help strengthen customer satisfaction, employee retention and sustainable business growth. 

What we can challenge you with 

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the Services team in Germany and ensure effective planning, delivery and team forecasting. 
• Own the team’s financial performance, including Services revenue, profitability and billability, in line with budget and corporate policies. 
• Ensure high-quality implementations and life-cycle services that meet customer contracts, SLAs, scope and budget. 
• Act as the first point of contact for operational and customer escalations, resolving issues constructively with relevant stakeholders. 
• Coach and develop team members, supporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance and personal development. 
• Contribute to the Business Area plan with the Services Director and fellow Managers Services, and support business development through offers, positioning, upselling and cross-selling. 
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Services while supporting customer satisfaction and employee retention. 

This role is a great fit if you bring the following:

Must-haves 

• A relevant university or higher-education degree, or equivalent professional experience. 
• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience. 
• Experience in software implementations, software consulting or facility management. 
• Experience successfully leading teams and collaborating across regions or functions. 
• The ability to perform under pressure and manage escalations or conflicting interests constructively. 
• Good command of German and English for customer, team and international collaboration. 

Good-to-haves 

• Experience with P&L ownership, forecasting and service-delivery KPIs. 
• Experience contributing to business development, including service offers, upselling or cross-selling.
