You will create opportunities, build relationships, and establish Planon as the go-to Real Estate Software partner in the UK. Your role
In this role, you will take full ownership of new business development in the UK, working closely with our European Real Estate team. You will:
- Create and execute your business development plan for the UK market.
- Spot trends, identify target accounts, and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Drive consultative sales cycles: from discovery, demos, and presentations to closing new deals.
- Represent Planon at industry events and actively expand your network in the English PropTech and CRE community.
- Respond to RFPs and RFQs with high-quality proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.

You are an ambitious commercial professional with a proven track record in hunting and winning new business in SaaS or enterprise software. You combine a sharp understanding of the real estate sector with strong consultative selling skills at C-level.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 5-7 years’ experience in new business development (SaaS, enterprise software, or consultancy).
- Proven experience selling to commercial real estate stakeholders (investors, developers, corporates).
- Proven ability to build and execute a market entry sales strategy.
- Strong communication and networking skills; able to influence and build trust at C-level.
- Living and working in or around London, being able to travel throughout London for customer on-sites.
