Job description

Nijmegen - Are you a sales talent who thrives on creating value for clients and colleagues? Do you enjoy building strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and contributing to team success? Then join Planon as an Inside Sales Representative and make a real impact.

With a focus on sales for Field Services, you'll work closely with Key Account Managers and New Business Developers, managing customer interactions, supporting sales processes, and contributing to bids and proposals. You’ll play a key role in nurturing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our reach—especially within our international client base.

 

As part of our sales team, you will:

  • Support Key Account Managers and New Business colleagues with account planning, lead follow-up, and proposal preparation.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activities to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and monitor relevant customer and market trends.
  • Contribute to bid preparation and tender documentation.
  • Build lasting client relationships and advise on how Planon’s software can address their business challenges.
  • Take initiative in sales actions and help drive team performance.

Profile

You are customer-focused, analytical, and eager to grow in a commercial environment. You bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in software/SaaS.
  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Residence within commuting distance of our Nijmegen headquarters.
