Sweden - We’re on an exciting journey to transform corporate organizations across the Nordics with our market-leading Integrated Workplace Management solutions, enabling the creation of smart, sustainable buildings. To support this mission, we’re looking for a driven sales professional to lead our growth in the Nordic region with a specific focus on multinationals.

 

Your role

As a key player in our regional expansion, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing partnerships with influential stakeholders, and strengthening our presence in the Nordics. You’ll collaborate with our established network of partners such as Schneider Electric, SAP, global system integrators, and local resellers to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships—all with a focus on long-term, sustainable growth.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Nordic market, targeting multinationals.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across the region.
  • Represent Planon and our innovative IWMS solutions at key industry events and forums.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and resellers, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with local teams and leadership to build trust and credibility with clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Join a dynamic, growing team where you’ll shape Planon’s future in the Nordics and enjoy ongoing opportunities for professional growth.

Profile

We’re looking for a motivated New Business Sales Professional with a strong understanding of the Nordic market and its unique cultural and business dynamics. You’re entrepreneurial, analytical, and have a proven record in B2B software sales. A natural relationship-builder, you’re skilled at client engagement and trusted consulting, capable of understanding business processes and driving team synergy.

 

Key requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales, focused on new business generation.
  • Strong business development and networking skills with a growth mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Analytical, proactive, and customer-oriented.
    Result-driven with a strong focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Currently based and working in the Nordics.
  • This position will initially be in Sweden.
