This role is the architect of Planon's future workforce capability, enabling an AI-native, skills-centric organization where leadership, learning, technology and workforce design come together to accelerate business performance.

As Manager Workforce Capability & Leadership Development, you will play a key role in preparing Planon's workforce for the future by building the leadership capabilities, skills and learning ecosystems required to support business growth.
You will translate Planon's workforce strategy into practical capability solutions across Product, Technology, Customer Success, Commercial, Regional and Functional domains.

The role focuses on execution and impact: designing, implementing and continuously improving capability-building initiatives that enable employees and leaders to perform today while developing the skills needed for tomorrow.
You will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Schneider Electric Talent Management and internal capability teams to create a future-ready organization.

What we can challenge you with:
Design and implement leadership development journeys for different leadership levels, building capability in business acumen, customer focus, change leadership, innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
Build skills-based learning pathways and capability programs across Product, Technology, Customer Success, Sales, regional capabilities and functional expertise.
Develop AI and digital capability programs that enable employees to adopt AI tools effectively and support leaders in understanding how AI changes work, skills and team capabilities.
Support the Skills & Capability Investment Request approach by helping leaders move from headcount conversations to capability investment decisions.
Coordinate a modern learning ecosystem with our learning teams across product training, technology enablement, regional learning, functional academies and leadership development.
Create workforce capability insights on leadership capability, learning effectiveness, skills development, AI capability maturity and workforce readiness.
Partner with Schneider Electric Talent Management to support talent reviews, performance management cycles, succession planning, development planning and career development initiatives.

This role is a great fit if:
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Workforce Capability, Organizational Development or Talent Development.
You have experience in international technology, SaaS or digital organizations, with proven ability to design and implement global capability programs.
You can translate business priorities into clear capability requirements, practical learning solutions and measurable development outcomes.
You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and can partner effectively with senior leaders in a global matrix environment.
You bring knowledge of leadership development, skills-based learning, capability frameworks, learning ecosystems, digital learning and change management.
You are curious about technology and AI and understand how future-of-work concepts can be translated into workforce capability building.
You are business-oriented, execution focused and passionate about developing people and organizations.
