Do you want to shape how Artificial Intelligence is embedded into real-world enterprise products? At Planon, part of Schneider Electric, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and evolution of AI across our product landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-impact AI opportunities, translating them into scalable product capabilities, and ensuring they deliver real value to our customers. 

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and engineering. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into existing and new solutions in a pragmatic and scalable way. 
 
What will you do 
Identify and define AI-driven product opportunities aligned with business priorities and customer needs. 
Lead on the AI strategy and what capabilities need to be built internally versus delivered via technology partnerships or connections to the customer’s existing AI ecosystems. 
Drive the development of reusable AI capabilities within the Planon platform to enable consistent and scalable adoption across products 
Translate AI use cases into clear product requirements and roadmaps, balancing innovation with practical execution. 
Collaborate with engineering, data, and platform teams to deliver AI-enabled features and capabilities. 
Work closely with Product Managers to embed AI into existing products, ensuring a seamless user experience. 
Prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and scalability. 
Act as a bridge between technical AI experts and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. 
Stay up to date with AI trends and technologies, translating them into relevant opportunities for Planon. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
5–10 years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS environment 
Experience or strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or data-driven products. 
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and product solutions. 
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and business teams. 
A pragmatic mindset: able to balance innovation with feasibility and delivery. 
Experience working in scaling or evolving organizations is a strong plus. 
Highly proactive and autonomous, fluent in English is a must. &lt;br /&gt;

Drive the development of the Europe West partner ecosystem and transform it into a measurable revenue engine. At Planon, this role is central to accelerating our Europe West growth strategy. You will build and manage a high-performing network of local resellers and implementation partners who actively generate pipelines and close new business.
This is not a maintenance role. You will enter a greenfield environment with the autonomy to define priorities, recruit the right partners, and deliver commercial results. Your impact will be tangible in signed customers, recurring license revenue, and long-term strategic partnerships across the Europe West market.

What will you do 
Build and expand Planon’s Europe West partner ecosystem, targeting resellers and implementation partners in relevant industries.
Identify, recruit and contract new partners aligned with our growth strategy and ideal customer profile.
Develop structured joint business plans per partner, defining target industries, territories, revenue goals and activity levels.
 Drive partner-led pipeline creation, supporting opportunity development from qualification to closing customer wins.
Monitor performance, track forecasts and challenge partners on activity, pipeline progression and revenue delivery.
Work closely with internal sales, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure partners are enabled, trained and positioned for success.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We are looking for a commercially driven partner sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and takes ownership for results.
Proven experience in partner or channel sales within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Demonstrated track record of generating new revenue through indirect sales channels.
Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems in a developing or greenfield market.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive structure, accountability and measurable outcomes.
Confident and direct communicator, comfortable engaging with partner leadership and senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English; existing Europe West market network is a strong advantage &lt;br /&gt;
