As HR Operations & Payroll Specialist, you play an important role in delivering reliable, efficient and people-focused HR services. You work within the HR Team and act as the connecting link between employees, managers, HR, Finance, IT and our digital HR platforms. In this role, you ensure that HR processes run smoothly, payroll changes are processed accurately and employees can rely on excellent service. You also actively contribute to the continued development of a scalable, data-driven and future-ready HR operating model. What we can challenge you with: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers with HR and payroll questions.  Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, leave processes and offboarding.  Process and verify HR and payroll changes with a high level of accuracy.  Maintain the quality, completeness and accuracy of HR data.  Support the administration and use of HR systems, including Planon and connected applications.  Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and self-service solutions.  Contribute to knowledge management, digital innovation and AI-supported HR services. <br /><br /> This role is a strong match if you enjoy combining operational HR challenges with digital improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
