Lead on the AI strategy and what capabilities need to be built internally versus delivered via technology partnerships or connections to the customer’s existing AI ecosystems. Drive the development of reusable AI capabilities within the Planon platform to enable consistent and scalable adoption across products Translate AI use cases into clear product requirements and roadmaps, balancing innovation with practical execution. Collaborate with engineering, data, and platform teams to deliver AI-enabled features and capabilities. Work closely with Product Managers to embed AI into existing products, ensuring a seamless user experience. Prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and scalability. Act as a bridge between technical AI experts and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Stay up to date with AI trends and technologies, translating them into relevant opportunities for Planon.

In this role you will be responsible for modernizing our user experience, unifying legacy and modern front-end technologies, and establishing a scalable design framework that ensures a consistent experience across our applications. This role reports directly into our CPO and you will work cross-functional to align design strategy with technology modernization efforts. What will you do Define and lead the UI/UX design strategy across all digital products. Create a unified design framework that bridges legacy systems with modern front-end architecture. Establish long-term design principles and governance for product development. Identify and implement the “design glue” that connects legacy interfaces with modern user experiences during modernization. Lead and mentor a team of 7 UI/UX designers by providing direction, coaching and support to strengthen the team’s strategic capabilities. You bring the experience and mindset to operate at the intersection of strategy, Real Estate, technology and commercial growth, and you are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in complex environments. 3+ years of experience in advisory or consulting, preferably in complex, technology driven environments within Corporate / Commercial Real Estate Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, able to translate insights into roadmaps, business cases and executive level recommendations Proven ability to engage with senior and C level stakeholders and steer discussions at strategic and content level Commercial mindset with experience working closely with Sales and Account teams to drive growth Fluency in German and English; affinity with Real Estate systems (e.g. SAP RE FX) is a strong advantage Living in either Salzburg or Graz, due to our offices being located there.
