2026-1850 - Partner Sales Manager France

Category : Sales & Marketing - Partnering/Senior Partner Manager
Contract type : Permanent
Position description :
Build Planon’s partner business in France and turn it into a strong source of new revenue.
Our partner ecosystem in France is still at an early stage, giving you the opportunity to build it almost from the ground up. You will identify and develop the right partners, create a partner-led pipeline and ultimately drive new customer wins through the channel. France will be your primary market, with additional responsibility for partner sales activities in Spain and Portugal.
This is not a traditional partner management role. We are looking for a self-starter who combines partner development with a strong sales mindset and knows how to turn partnerships into measurable commercial results.
What will you do?
Build and execute Planon’s partner sales strategy for France, identifying and prioritising the partners with the greatest commercial potential.
Recruit and develop resellers and implementation partners, building strong commercial relationships and getting them invested in Planon.
Create joint business plans with clear target markets, activities, pipeline objectives and revenue goals.
Drive partner-led sales from opportunity identification and qualification through to winning new customers.
Own partner pipeline and forecasting, challenging partners on activity, progression and commercial results.
Support partner-led growth in Spain and Portugal and collaborate with Planon’s sales, pre-sales and delivery teams.

5+ years of sales experience, with strong experience in partner/channel sales and building commercial relationships through partners.
A track record of generating new business and revenue through indirect sales channels, not just managing or enabling existing partners.
Experience building or developing a partner ecosystem; enterprise SaaS/software experience is strongly preferred.
Understanding of complex, value-based enterprise sales and what partners need to successfully sell these types of solutions.
A highly independent, proactive and entrepreneurial approach: you can research the market, set priorities and build something that does not yet exist.
Fluent French and English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
Category : Sales & Marketing - Sales/Key Account Manager
Contract type : Permanent
Position description :
If you enjoy turning strong enterprise relationships into long-term commercial growth, this role gives you ownership of a focused portfolio of strategically important customers. As Key Account Manager, you will concentrate on approximately 10 to 15 existing enterprise accounts, strengthening Planon’s position, identifying expansion opportunities and building account strategies that create lasting customer value.
You will work with complex organisations and senior stakeholders, primarily across Germany, while remaining open to customer travel in Austria and Switzerland. This is a customer-facing role with regular travel, typically two to three days per week, and a flexible approach to office presence.
What we can challenge you with
Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, building strong relationships and creating account plans that drive long-term customer value and recurring revenue growth.
Identify and develop upsell, cross-sell and broader solution opportunities, managing them end-to-end with a reliable pipeline and forecast.
Act as a strategic commercial partner to senior stakeholders, understanding their business needs and translating them into relevant Planon solutions and value propositions.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to strengthen customer success, identify risks early and proactively protect and grow customer relationships.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Salesforce and travel regularly to customers, primarily in Germany and when required across Austria and Switzerland.

You combine commercial ownership with strong enterprise stakeholder management. You are comfortable navigating complex customer organisations, building meaningful relationships and turning account insight into concrete growth opportunities.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise software sales or strategic account management, with proven experience in IWMS and/or complex ERP or SaaS solutions. Experience in the facility management service provider sector is also welcome.
A strong track record of growing existing enterprise accounts through upsell, cross-sell, renewals and broader solution adoption.
Experience developing strategic account plans and building relationships with senior decision-makers in complex enterprise organisations.
Excellent command of German and English, combined with strong commercial ownership, pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Willingness to travel regularly to customers, primarily within Germany and, when required, Austria and Switzerland.

Nice to have: Practical experience using AI tools to improve sales productivity.
