Bij Planon draag je bij aan diverse creatieve projecten binnen ons Innovation Lab, rechtstreeks vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen. Tijdens deze afstudeerstage voer je een marktonderzoek uit naar nieuwe en opkomende technologieën. Jij bepaalt zelf welke technologieën je wilt onderzoeken. Of dat nu robotica, drones of iets anders innovatiefs is! Je maakt deel uit van een groot en divers team dat uit meerdere stagiaires bestaat.
Elke reis begint met een eerste stap. Bij Planon krijg jij de kans om waardevolle en unieke ervaringen op te doen die je toekomst vormgeven. Tijdens deze stage maak je deel uit van het Innovation Lab, een plek waar innovatie centraal staat. Het Innovation Lab fungeert als een 'living lab' waar we de mogelijkheden van innovatieve gebouwtechnologie verkennen en demonstreren, terwijl we dagelijks experimenteren met nieuwe en bestaande technologieën. Jij draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling het creëren van content voor show cases en demo's. Daarnaast zijn we vooral benieuwd naar jouw frisse ideeën om nieuwe demo’s op een innovatieve en creatieve manier te ontwikkelen en in te zetten. Als stagiair(e) ga jij aan de slag met het:
Leren, ontwikkelen én kennismaken met het bedrijfsleven. 
Delen van creatieve ideeën: Breng jouw frisse inzichten in en help het team en de organisatie vooruit met innovatieve concepten en oplossingen. 
Onderzoeken van hoe de markt er over 5 jaar uit zal zien: Afhankelijk van jouw onderwerp zal jij onderzoeken hoe dit relevant is voor Planon en adviseren hoe het Innovation Lab hier op kan acteren. Denk aan onderwerpen als: drones &amp; intellegence, waterschaarste, dark data of een onderwerp dat jijzélf aandraagt.
Samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team: Werk nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende expertises om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken en nieuwe ideeën te implementeren
Verkennen nieuwe en bestaande technologieën: Onderzoek hoe deze technologieën mogelijkerwijs kunnen bijdragen aan de innovaties van Planon.

Communicatieve vaardigheden.  
Durft out-of-the-box te denken.
Deze stage vindt plaats vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen en is goed te bereiken met het OV. Onze collega’s werken hybride maar komen ook graag naar kantoor, dat wordt gezien als ‘groen’ clubhuis waar verschillende culturen bij elkaar komen. Daarnaast werk je dagelijks samen met onze collega’s van het Innovation Lab. Je komt terecht in een gezellige, informele sfeer, waar we allemaal enthousiast worden van innovatie. Als meewerk stagiair Software Developer bij Planon werk je aan real-life projecten. De Legal stage bij Planon biedt jou de kans om van dichtbij te ervaren hoe het werk van een internationale bedrijfsjurist eruitziet. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen maak je actief deel uit van de Legal afdeling en ondersteun je diverse lopende projecten onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s. Tijdens je stage doe je brede kennis op van onder andere contractenrecht, compliance en juridische vraagstukken binnen een internationaal opererend softwarebedrijf. Je krijgt inzicht in het beoordelen van juridische risico’s, ondersteunt bij contractonderhandelingen en denkt mee over interne beleidsstukken. Zo doe je waardevolle praktijkervaring op in een professionele en dynamische omgeving.

Als stagiair(e) speel je een actieve rol binnen de Legal afdeling, die verantwoordelijk is voor alle in‑house juridische ondersteuning voor zowel de Nederlandse als internationale entiteiten binnen de Planon Groep. Dit betekent dat je met verschillende rechtsgebieden en internationale vraagstukken te maken krijgt. Je maakt écht onderdeel uit van het team, krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig taken op te pakken en ontwikkelt je snel tot een volwaardige gesprekspartner.
Tijdens je stage houd jij je onder andere bezig met:
Het secuur controleren van (draft)overeenkomsten en orders
Het zelfstandig beheren van het ondertekenproces
Het voorbereiden en structureren van juridische documenten
Het ondersteunen van Legal Counsels in verschillende landen
Het bijwonen van interne en externe meetings, zoals klant- en leveranciersoverleggen
Het meewerken aan juridische projecten en het behandelen van ad‑hoc vragen

Je loopt minimaal 4 (bij voorkeur 5) dagen per week stage voor een periode van minimaal 3 tot 4 maanden, waarin je de dagelijkse praktijk van een bedrijfsjurist leert kennen.

De collegiale en ondersteunende dynamiek moedigt je aan om vragen te stellen en actief deel te nemen aan discussies. Je wordt begeleid door onze ervaren Global Legal Counsel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Universitaire Rechten opleiding (zowel bachelor 3e jaar als master) 
Een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift. 
Gedegen (brede) juridische interesse en kennis, bij voorkeur op het gebied van verbintenissenrecht, IT recht en/of intellectueel eigendomsrecht. 
Secuur werken is voor jou geen probleem. 
Een proactieve en enthousiaste houding.

Bijdragen aan dagelijkse HR-processen en vraagstukken van medewerkers oppakken. Denk aan de onboarding van nieuwe collega’s, payroll, verlofadministratie en contractwijzigingen.   
Meekijken bij diverse HR-adviestrajecten en gesprekken, zoals sollicitatie- en verlof- en exitgesprekken.  
Actief meewerken aan lopende HR-projecten zoals het vitaliteitsplan.

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Maintenance Management or Real Estate Management.
5–8 years of experience in Product Management with proven expertise in customer and marketing oriented tasks.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
You have prior relevant experience in handling IWMS applications.
Experience in domains of Asset &amp; Maintenance, BIM, Space Management and Energy &amp; Sustainability Management.

Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, and review sessions.

Facilitate discussions around AWS cloud infrastructure and platforms (EKS, ECS, etc.).

Contribute to functional design and solution direction, balancing business needs and technical feasibility. 
Operate in a high-impact environment managing a globally distributed, production-critical platform.
