Are you a professional who is energised by bringing people, processes and technology together? As HR Operations & Payroll Specialist, you play an important role in delivering reliable, efficient and people-focused HR services. You work within the HR Team and act as the connecting link between employees, managers, HR, Finance, IT and our digital HR platforms. In this role, you ensure that HR processes run smoothly, payroll changes are processed accurately and employees can rely on excellent service. You also actively contribute to the continued development of a scalable, data-driven and future-ready HR operating model. What we can challenge you with: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers with HR and payroll questions. Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, leave processes and offboarding. Process and verify HR and payroll changes with a high level of accuracy. Maintain the quality, completeness and accuracy of HR data. Support the administration and use of HR systems, including Planon and connected applications. Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and self-service solutions. Contribute to knowledge management, digital innovation and AI-supported HR services.

Are you someone that is interested in IT law who is excited to provide pragmatic legal support, add value to the business, and help enable Planon’s growth goals while mitigating risk? As Legal Counsel, you will support Planon’s companies and departments while working with world-leading clients. You will join the Planon Legal Department at our headquarters in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and become part of an international legal team with colleagues in the Netherlands, Germany and the United States. In this role, you will help ensure compliant, commercially sound and scalable legal support across the organisation. What we can challenge you with: Draft, review and negotiate customer-related IT agreements and supplier-related purchase agreements. Improve contracting and contract management processes to support scalability, consistency and risk awareness. Advise on special projects and strategic initiatives, including new business models, software platform licensing models and partnering structures. Maintain an up-to-date legal knowledge base and inform Planon about relevant regulations, laws and case law.
