Do you want to play a pivotal role in steering financial performance within a global, fast-growing SaaS organization? At Planon, part of Schneider Electric, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller who will act as a strategic finance partner to one of the most significant and business-critical areas of our organization.

What will you do 
Act as the financial business partner for your domain, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.  
Analyze financial results and translate data into clear, actionable business insights.  
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for your areas of responsibility.  
Monitor and optimize P&amp;L performance, applying and optimizing SaaS metrics a/o Services kpi’s, identifying risks and opportunities and proactively advising stakeholders.  
Proactively support and challenge the business on Sales a/o Services performance, both on unit and individual level. 
Challenge business assumptions and support initiatives that drive profitability and operational efficiency.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Our ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with business acumen and stakeholder engagement:
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.  
5–10 years of experience in Business Controlling or a similar finance role.  
Strong foundation in finance and accounting, with the ability to understand complex financial structures. 
Proven experience translating financial data into strategic business insights, preferably within large, multi-region organizations.  
Affinity with or experience in SaaS and services-based business models, including recurring revenue, project accounting, and P&amp;L dynamics.  
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge the business constructively.  
Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented mindset.  
Ability to operate independently at a senior level while collaborating effectively within a team.  
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.  &lt;br /&gt;

Monitor internal and external trends and benchmarks as input for both short- and long-term decision making. 
Support initiatives that drive profitability and operational efficiency in both Business End-to-End processes and surely within Finance processes with particular focus on reporting and analytics.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Our ideal candidate combines a theoretical financial background with strong affinity with AI:
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A theoretical background in AI with basic understanding but clear interests in finance could also be a fitting profile.  
Prior experience within Finance and/or AI are definite pro’s for this position.  
Strong foundation to understand complex processes and data models; abstract thinking capabilities. 
Affinity with or experience in SaaS and services-based business models is a plus.  
Team player mentality and not afraid to be in front of the crowd.  
Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented mindset.

As a Product Manager – FSBS (Field Services Business Solution), you will be the strategic and functional link between our Solution Center, Product Line enigineering and Software Development teams. Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Maintenance Management, Real Estate Management, Business, Finance or Technology.
Experience in product management (SaaS B2B) in a similar domain in which we operate.
5–8 years of experience in Product Management with proven expertise in customer and marketing oriented tasks, preferably with experience in a Field Services environment. 
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.  
You have prior relevant experience in handling IWMS of FSBS applications.   
Experience in domains of Asset &amp; Maintenance, Service Management, BIM, Space Management and Energy &amp; Sustainability Management. 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
