You successfully fulfil your role by:
Translate product and business requirements into clear, validated functional designs and user stories.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Create user-centric design models, workflows, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, and review sessions.
Continuously evaluate and refine features based on feedback and evolving needs.
Perform acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined specifications.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product development or software design environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
Strong understanding of AI-powered projects, demonstrating an 'AI-first' analytical mindset to optimize business processes.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
BCS or IREB certification is a plus.

Facilitate discussions around AWS cloud infrastructure and platforms (EKS, ECS, etc.).

Ensure progress in a complex environment. 
Contribute to functional design and solution direction, balancing business needs and technical feasibility. 
Operate in a high-impact environment managing a globally distributed, production-critical platform.
