2026-1841 - Manager Services (M/F/D) - Central Europe CE (Hybrid)

Métier : Customer Services - Management/Manager Services
Contrat : Employee
Description du poste :
Global mindset. Local delivery. Entrepreneurial drive.

Our services organization works as one global team. As Manager Services Germany, you connect our German Services team to that global organization. You make sure customers in CE get excellent local delivery, backed by the full knowledge, standards and capacity of our international Services network.

You will work closely with your fellow Managers Services in other countries, the Services Delivery Director and the global PMO. Together you will shape how we deliver, share best practices and grow the business. You combine people leadership, operational excellence and commercial ownership, and you run your team like an entrepreneur. You see opportunities beyond borders and help your team do the same.

What we can challenge you with
Connect CE to Global Services. Align CE with global standards, tools and practices. Ensure it contributes to and benefits from the global network, partnering with the global PMO to optimize resourcing.
Collaborate as one global leadership team. Partner with regional Services Managers on knowledge sharing, capability building and joint initiatives, making cross-border collaboration the norm.
Own local delivery excellence. Lead CE Services team and ensure implementations and life-cycle services meet contracts, SLAs, scope and budget.
Think and act like an entrepreneur. Own Global Services revenue, profitability and billability. Guide PMO planning with insight into team skills and availability, build a broadly deployable team, and drive growth through offers, positioning, upselling and cross-selling.
Grow broad, versatile professionals. Help consultants expand their skills across products, customers and countries so they can work locally and globally. Align recruitment, onboarding, performance and development with this goal.
Drive the partner strategy in your region. Strengthen CE’s partner strategy with the Services Delivery Director and Global Partner Success Consultants, balancing own and partner delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Be the steady hand in escalations. Serve as the first contact for customer steering groups and escalations, resolving issues constructively with local and global stakeholders.
Drive change and continuous improvement. Challenge established practices, introduce innovation and help the team adopt new ways of working without compromising customer satisfaction or employee engagement.
Shape the strategy. Help shape the Global Services Area plan with the Services Delivery Director and fellow Services Managers, bringing a CE perspective to global decisions.

This role is a great fit if you are a leader who builds bridges between local teams and a global organization, and who sees change as an opportunity.

Must-haves
A relevant university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
At least five years of relevant work experience in software implementations, software consulting or facility management.
Proven experience leading teams through change, ideally including a shift towards new ways of working or a more international orientation.
Experience working in international, cross-border or matrix organizations.
An entrepreneurial mindset: you spot opportunities, take ownership and act on them.
Experience with sales, pre-sales and RFP support.
Resilience under pressure and the ability to handle escalations and conflicting interests constructively.
Fluent German and English, with confidence in an international environment.
Good-to-haves
Understanding of P&L, forecasting and service-delivery KPIs.
Experience building or executing a partner strategy within a global framework.
Experience introducing global standards or shared delivery models in a local team.
Business development experience, including service offers, upselling or cross-selling.
2026-1704 - Vastgoedinspecteur Gebouwinstallaties (W/E) – NEN2767 / BOEI

Métier : Customer Services - Building Management Services/Maintenance Inspector
Contrat : Employee
Description du poste :

Afwisselende projecten in verschillende gebouwen
