Collega Koos vertelt je graag meer over deze rol: 'Als inspecteur gebouwgebonden installaties houd ik mij voornamelijk bezig met het inspecteren en inventariseren van alle gebouwgebonden installaties en liften. Dit doe ik volgens de norm NEN2767 en of RVB-BOEI. Denk hierbij aan installaties van kantoorpanden, Rijksoverheidsgebouwen, zwembaden, ziekenhuizen, scholen e.d. Door de hoeveelheid soorten installaties die je tegenkomt in de diverse panden, verbreed je je kennis op installatievlak aanzienlijk. Zo zorg ik dat ik up-to-date blijf op het gebied van werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties, innovatiekennis en aanverwante zaken; zoals bijvoorbeeld duurzaamheid of brandveiligheid. Planon stimuleert deze kennisontwikkeling; in mijn geval bijvoorbeeld door het beschikbaar stellen van een studiebudget voor de opleiding Integraal Inspecteur Vastgoed Transport techniek.'
