As a Support Consultant, you work for the Global Support unit. You are part of a multicultural team of more than 20 Support Consultants and the first point of contact for international partners, customers and colleagues worldwide. As a team member, you’ll work closely with development, sales, and all the different partners from Planon.
At the Support team, we do more than just assist. Our goal is to help our B2B clients overcome complex and challenging problems they may encounter with their Planon software. We work closely with our partners &amp; customers to provide innovative and effective solutions that drive their success. You successfully fulfil your role by:
Recording tickets in the reporting system.
Monitoring the progress of tickets and attending to their prompt and correct handling and communication with the customer (whether internal or external). Active “ownership” is also expected.
Answering questions, advising on possible solutions to problems, and providing possible workarounds.
Analyzing software errors, documenting them, and then forwarding them to development.
Experience in resolving tickets using ITIL concepts, implementing Incident management, problem management, and Change Management.
Coordinate with various teams, raise support tickets for all issues, analyse root causes, and assist in inefficient resolution of all production processes.
Tracking down the issues with the application server / Database server and ensuring minimum downtime for any given application.
Help the customer in the installation / Upgrade process of Planon software&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Experience working with distributed Teams.

As a Product Manager – Data Centers, you will be the strategic and functional link between our Product Market Combination, Engineering, and Software Development teams. Product Ownership &amp; Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong functional and analytical capabilities, ideally with deep familiarity in data center maintenance operations. 
 
Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria: 
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical domain.
5–8 years of experience in Product Management with proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
You have prior relevant experience in handling Data centre applications.
Experience in data centres, cloud infrastructure, DCIM systems, facility management, or mission critical environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
Excellent command of English for global collaboration.&lt;br /&gt;

'Als inspecteur gebouwgebonden installaties houd ik mij voornamelijk bezig met het inspecteren en inventariseren van alle gebouwgebonden installaties en liften. Dit doe ik volgens de norm NEN2767 en of RVB-BOEI. Denk hierbij aan installaties van kantoorpanden, Rijksoverheidsgebouwen, zwembaden, ziekenhuizen, scholen e.d. Door de hoeveelheid soorten installaties die je tegenkomt in de diverse panden, verbreed je je kennis op installatievlak aanzienlijk. Daarnaast is het mijn taak om mijn kennis te delen en ‘junior’ inspecteurs op te leiden op het gebied van installaties. Door het delen van kennis blijf je jezelf stimuleren om scherp te blijven.
Wat mij aanspreekt in deze functie is de verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid die ik krijg. Daarnaast is de combinatie praktisch en theoretisch denken erg waardevol. Ook de vrijheid van plannen is aangenaam en hierdoor werk ik in verhouding 60/40 wanneer het om buiten- en kantoorwerkzaamheden gaat. Ook de korte lijntjes tussen de collega’s is aangenaam. Indien het bijvoorbeeld om verduurzamen gaat kan je makkelijk sparren met een bouwkundige collega. Tot slot maak ik deel uit van een jong, gedreven en betrokken team wat de collegiale sfeer echt goed maakt.'
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Inventariseren en inspecteren gebouwgebonden installaties (W/E) conform de NEN 2767 en RVBBOEI systematiek;
Verwerken van inspectiegegevens, opstellen van inspectierapportages en meerjaren onderhoudsplannen (MJOP’s) en secuur vastleggen van alle informatie in onze systemen;
Plannen van eigen werkzaamheden in overleg met de projectleider;
Zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en binnen budget opleveren van de eigen werkzaamheden;
Actief volgen van de ontwikkelingen en trends in het werkveld en de markt en kennisdeling met collega’s opzoeken;
Volgen van (interne) trainingen en/of opleidingen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Omdat je met verschillende systemen werkt, zoeken we iemand die van nature handig is met automatisering. Ook ben je veel onderweg binnen Nederland en België, je moet het dus niet erg vinden om in de auto te zitten. We zoeken tot slot iemand die over een groot verantwoordelijkheids- en veiligheidsgevoel beschikt.
Wat vragen wij van je?
Een afgeronde opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde minimaal op MBO-niveau BOL4 en een geldige (VOL)VCA-certificering (of bereidheid om deze te behalen);
Kennis van wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot installaties;
Minimaal 3 jaar relevante en aantoonbare werkervaring op het gebied van NEN2767 vastgoedinspecties
Kennis van E-installaties is een pre
Sertum of Hobéon geregistreerd RVBBOEI, IIV, IAV of NEN2767 is een pre, evenals branche gerelateerde certificeringen (zoals EPA-U, NEN3140 V(O)P en STEK).

Zo zorg ik dat ik up-to-date blijf op het gebied van werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties, innovatiekennis en aanverwante zaken; zoals bijvoorbeeld duurzaamheid of brandveiligheid.
