Planon breidt zijn internationale deliveryorganisatie verder uit en richt zich steeds meer op grotere en complexere enterprise-implementaties. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar Senior Project Managers die al in een vroeg stadium structuur kunnen aanbrengen en stakeholders op één lijn kunnen krijgen. Je zorgt voor een voorspelbare uitvoering, ook wanneer scope, verwachtingen en aanpak in de eerste projectfasen nog volop in ontwikkeling zijn. In deze rol neem je verantwoordelijkheid vanaf de eerste scopebepaling tot en met de livegang. Je bepaalt hoe projecten worden ingericht, stelt de deliveryaanpak vast en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering beheerst en afgestemd blijft. Projecten starten vaak met een scope die nog in beweging is. Jouw eerste opdracht is dan ook om structuur en duidelijkheid te creëren, zodat het project voorspelbaar kan worden uitgevoerd. We zoeken een Senior Project Manager die energie krijgt van complexe enterprise-omgevingen en die weet hoe je structuur, duidelijkheid en grip brengt in impactvolle implementaties. Je maakt je nieuwe domeinen snel eigen, weet complexiteit te structureren en ontwikkelt deliveryplannen die ook daadwerkelijk werken in de praktijk. Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in complexe externe projectomgevingen, bij voorkeur binnen enterprise-SaaS of ERP. Je hebt aantoonbaar het vermogen om nieuwe domeinen snel te doorgronden en complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar gestructureerde en uitvoerbare deliveryplannen. Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van governance, planning en stakeholdermanagement op senior niveau, inclusief ervaring met contacten op C-level.
