Planon is expanding rapidly across the Middle East & Africa. We're looking for a Partner Sales Manager who can drive new business growth through strategic partners and system integrators. This is a hands-on sales role focused on generating revenue, opening new opportunities, and closing complex enterprise software deals. You'll work closely with partners across the region, helping large organisations improve their business operations through technology that supports critical business processes. If you have a proven track record selling ERP, enterprise SaaS, or other strategic business software solutions through partners, we'd like to hear from you. What you'll be doing Build and grow a new business pipeline across the MEA region through strategic partners and system integrators. Identify, develop, and pursue opportunities jointly with partners and act as a trusted co-selling counterpart. Drive complex enterprise software sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature. Generate demand through direct prospecting, networking, and market outreach while leveraging partner ecosystems. Work with enterprise customers and partners to position business-critical software solutions that deliver long-term operational value.

We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional with proven success in partner-led enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate understands how organisations buy strategic software platforms that support core business processes, rather than standalone technology products. You've successfully sold ERP, enterprise SaaS, or similar business-critical software solutions, and know how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles through partners and system integrators. 4+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, ERP, EAM, IWMS, workplace, real estate, asset management, facilities management, or comparable enterprise software solutions. Proven success building and closing new business opportunities. Experience selling through or alongside partners, resellers, system Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets in a quota-carrying sales role, Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Fluent in English and Arabic.

Do you want to define and drive the design vision across our digital platforms? At Planon, part of Schneider Electric you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our design function. In this role you will be responsible for modernizing our user experience, unifying legacy and modern front-end technologies, and establishing a scalable design framework that ensures a consistent experience across our applications. This role reports directly into our CPO and you will work cross-functional to align design strategy with technology modernization efforts. What will you do Define and lead the UI/UX design strategy across all digital products. Create a unified design framework that bridges legacy systems with modern front-end architecture. Establish long-term design principles and governance for product development. Identify and implement the “design glue” that connects legacy interfaces with modern user experiences during modernization. Lead and mentor a team of 7 UI/UX designers by providing direction, coaching and support to strengthen the team’s strategic capabilities. Evaluate and introduce modern design tools and workflows, including AI-enabled design tools. Ensure the design organization remains up to date with emerging UX/UI methodologies and technologies.
