Voor deze rol zoeken we een Vastgoedinspecteur W, die theorie en praktijk moeiteloos combineert. Is dit jouw expertise? Dan gaan we graag met je in gesprek. Collega Koos vertelt je graag meer over deze rol: 'Als inspecteur gebouwgebonden installaties houd ik mij voornamelijk bezig met het inspecteren en inventariseren van alle gebouwgebonden installaties en liften. Dit doe ik volgens de norm NEN2767 en of RVB-BOEI. Denk hierbij aan installaties van kantoorpanden, Rijksoverheidsgebouwen, zwembaden, ziekenhuizen, scholen e.d. Door de hoeveelheid soorten installaties die je tegenkomt in de diverse panden, verbreed je je kennis op installatievlak aanzienlijk. Daarnaast is het mijn taak om mijn kennis te delen en ‘junior’ inspecteurs op te leiden op het gebied van installaties. Door het delen van kennis blijf je jezelf stimuleren om scherp te blijven.
