In this role, you’ll manage high-profile, existing customers, driving customer retention, boosting adoption of Planon, and resolving operational challenges. By working closely with the account manager, you’ll uncover expansion opportunities and leverage your technical expertise to address any issues that require escalation. What you bring:
5+ years of experience in sales or customer success management within the IT space, preferably with IWMS, CAFM, or similar software across multiple regions

As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for assessing the technical condition of a wide variety of buildings, including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and other commercial properties. You will carry out inspections in accordance with the NEN 2767 and/or BOEI methodologies and translate your findings into clear, well-founded reports.
Your goal is to provide clients with a complete understanding of the condition of their real estate assets. What does your work look like?
This role combines fieldwork with office-based activities.
On inspection days, you will independently visit sites to assess buildings and document their technical condition. You will record building elements using our digital inspection software.
On office days, you will process inspection data, prepare technical reports, and develop Long-Term Maintenance Plans (MJOPs). You'll work on a diverse range of projects throughout the Netherlands, ensuring that no two weeks are the same.
You will have considerable freedom in organizing your work and will be responsible for planning and managing your own projects.

Inventory and inspect building components and structures
Perform condition assessments in accordance with NEN 2767 and/or BOEI
Identify, assess, and document defects and maintenance risks
Record inspection data using digital inspection software
Prepare technical reports and Long-Term Maintenance Plans (MJOPs)

Independently plan and carry out inspection activities

Universitaire Rechten opleiding (zowel bachelor 3e jaar als master) 
Een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift. 
Gedegen (brede) juridische interesse en kennis, bij voorkeur op het gebied van verbintenissenrecht, IT recht en/of intellectueel eigendomsrecht. 
Secuur werken is voor jou geen probleem. 
Een proactieve en enthousiaste houding.

Werk je in de installatietechniek of het technisch beheer van utiliteitsgebouwen en wil je meer vrijheid, afwisseling en een adviserende rol? Dan is dit een interessante volgende stap.
Als Vastgoedinspecteur Gebouwinstallaties inspecteer je werktuigkundige en elektrotechnische installaties in uiteenlopende gebouwen zoals scholen, zorginstellingen en kantoren. Je brengt de technische staat van installaties in kaart en vertaalt dit naar onderhoudsadviezen en MJOP’s.
Ervaring met NEN2767 of RVBBOEI is een pre. Belangrijker is dat je installaties begrijpt, technische risico’s herkent en digitaal vaardig bent. De inspectiemethodiek leren we je.
Hoe ziet je werk eruit?
Je werk is afwisselend tussen locatie en kantoor. Op een inspectie dag arriveer je in de ochtend  op een klantlocatie, waar je zelfstandig of samen met een collega de technische staat van gebouwgebonden installaties opneemt.
Je bent vaak in de middag klaar op locatie en reist daarna terug. De overige dagen werk je aan het uitwerken van je bevindingen tot rapportages en onderhoudsplannen. Je werkt op verschillende locaties binnen Nederland en soms België, waardoor geen week hetzelfde is.
Wat ga je doen?
Inventariseren van gebouwgebonden installaties
Uitvoeren van technische inspecties en conditiemetingen volgens NEN2767
Vastleggen van bevindingen in inspectiesoftware
Signaleren en beoordelen van technische risico’s
Vertalen van inspectiedata naar rapportages en MJOP’s
Uitwerken van onderhoudsadviezen en -kosten
Zelfstandig plannen en organiseren van je inspectiewerk
Samenwerken met collega’s uit bouwkunde en andere technische disciplines binnen vastgoed

Ook ben je veel onderweg binnen Nederland en België, je moet het dus niet erg vinden om in de auto te zitten. We zoeken tot slot iemand die over een groot verantwoordelijkheids- en veiligheidsgevoel beschikt.
Wat vragen wij van je?
Ervaring met gebouwgebonden installaties in de utiliteit
Ervaring als servicetechnicus, monteur of technisch specialist
Sterk technisch inzicht en het vermogen om risico’s te herkennen
Affiniteit met software en data en digitale registratie
Bereidheid om te reizen
