Tijdens je stage houd jij je onder andere bezig met:
Het onderzoeken van de effectiviteit van online induction trainingen.
Het uitvoeren van een behoefteanalyse gericht op betrokkenheid, interactie en leerimpact.
Het meedenken over en uitwerken van innovaties binnen online learning en onboarding.
Het ondersteunen en adviseren bij de induction course voor nieuwe collega’s.
Het opleveren van een concreet advies, verbeterplan en/of leerproduct.
Je loopt stage in het kader van je afstuderen en werkt gedurende je stageperiode (bij voorkeur) 4 tot 5 dagen per week, startend in september 2026.

Deze afstudeerstage vindt plaats vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen en is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Binnen Planon werken collega’s hybride, maar er wordt ook graag samengewerkt op kantoor. Je maakt deel uit van het Global Learning team, bestaande uit circa 5 collega’s. Je werkt samen met ervaren learning professionals en ontvangt begeleiding van een vaste stagebegeleider binnen het team.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Je bent een 4de‑jaars hbo‑ of wo‑student, of masterstudent en bevind je in de afstudeerfase.
Je volgt een opleiding zoals Onderwijskunde, Learning &amp; Development of Opleidingskunde.
Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands én Engels. Je stemt je boodschap af op de doelgroep, durft vragen te stellen bij onduidelijkheden en zorgt dat afspraken en informatie voor iedereen duidelijk zijn.
Je werkt zelfstandig en proactief: je pakt taken zonder constante aansturing op, signaleert zelf knelpunten of verbeterkansen en komt met concrete voorstellen. Je neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen voor te leggen of acties te starten wanneer dat nodig is.&lt;br /&gt;
