Do you want to define and drive the design vision across our digital platforms? At Planon, part of Schneider Electric you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our design function. In this role you will be responsible for modernizing our user experience, unifying legacy and modern front-end technologies, and establishing a scalable design framework that ensures a consistent experience across our applications. This role reports directly into our CPO and you will work cross-functional to align design strategy with technology modernization efforts. What will you do Define and lead the UI/UX design strategy across all digital products. Create a unified design framework that bridges legacy systems with modern front-end architecture. Establish long-term design principles and governance for product development. Identify and implement the “design glue” that connects legacy interfaces with modern user experiences during modernization. Lead and mentor a team of 7 UI/UX designers by providing direction, coaching and support to strengthen the team’s strategic capabilities. Evaluate and introduce modern design tools and workflows, including AI-enabled design tools. Ensure the design organization remains up to date with emerging UX/UI methodologies and technologies.

Proven experience with Mobile applications, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in collaboration with the Engineering team. Proven ability collaborating with tech teams to integrate new and legacy interfaces Experience with meta-driven front-ends (ex: Angular, React, etc) Highly proactive and autonomous, fluent in English is a must. Position description :
As a Solution Center Specialist – IWMS, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining an excellent best-practice IWMS environment and related materials. You will maintain the best-practice configuration (Planon Accelerator), own the related knowledge base domains, and ensure up-to-date sales & service readiness materials to support a smooth sales and implementation of our IWMS. For our services teams and partners, you are the go-to person for third line product questions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, solution strategists, and solution center specialists for other Planon solutions, to deliver a high-quality Accelerator that supports operational excellence within corporate and public real estate environments. You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of specialists, product managers, and marketers, all working together to achieve shared goals. You successfully fulfill your role by: Product Ownership & Delivery Own and manage the best-practice Accelerator configuration, ensuring a single source of truth used for efficient implementations at customers. Own the relevant IWMS domains in our Knowledge Base to ensure actual and accurate information about the solution, configuration and implementation. Answer third line solution questions of services teams and implementation partners while expanding our knowledge bases as source. Validate and verify delivered features to ensure high quality and customer value. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with global services teams and implementation partners to ensure a best-practice configuration as a starting point for implementations. Work closely with your peers to ensure an aligned delivery of Accelerators and Sales & Services Readiness materials.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in Planon Support or Implementation and a clear overview of the four functional domains of IWMS. Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Maintenance Management, Real Estate Management or IT. 3–5 years of experience in implementation or support of Planon IWMS or related systems with experience in one or more domains of Asset & Maintenance, BIM, Space Management and Energy & Sustainability Management. Strong communication skills in writing and spoken word with excellent command of English for global collaboration. Ability to work in a structured way, set priorities and manage operational pressure. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment where ad-hoc answers go along with building and maintaining a long term knowledge base structure.
