Translating UI designs, mock-ups, and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code. Checking that the delivered software satisfies the customer needs (performance, usability, concepts). Een afstudeerstage Learning & Development bij Planon biedt jou de kans om van dichtbij te ervaren hoe leren en ontwikkelen wordt vormgegeven binnen een internationale softwareorganisatie. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen maak je actief deel uit van het Global Learning team en werk je mee aan het verbeteren en vernieuwen van onze online onboarding‑ en trainingstrajecten. Zo zul je onderzoeken hoe leerinterventies effectiever, interactiever en innovatiever kunnen worden ingericht. Tijdens deze afstudeerstage doe je praktijkervaring op met uiteenlopende L&D‑vraagstukken, zoals onboarding, trainingseffectiviteit en learning innovation binnen een internationaal opererend softwarebedrijf. Je krijgt inzicht in hoe digitale leeroplossingen worden ontwikkeld en ingezet, ondersteunt bij bestaande induction courses (gericht opnieuwe collega’s) en biedt een onderbouwd advies of productvoorstel voor vernieuwing. Zo lever je een concrete bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling van onze Global Learning aanpak. Als stagiair(e) speel je een actieve rol binnen het Global Learning team, dat verantwoordelijk is voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van trainingen en onboarding voor medewerkers en klanten wereldwijd. Je maakt écht onderdeel uit van het team, krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig taken op te pakken en wordt aangemoedigd om met een frisse blik bestaande processen te bevragen. Je stemt je boodschap af op de doelgroep, durft vragen te stellen bij onduidelijkheden en zorgt dat afspraken en informatie voor iedereen duidelijk zijn. Je werkt zelfstandig en proactief: je pakt taken zonder constante aansturing op, signaleert zelf knelpunten of verbeterkansen en komt met concrete voorstellen. Je neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen voor te leggen of acties te starten wanneer dat nodig is.
