Verken de boeiende wereld van HR en verzamel waardevolle ervaring binnen een internationale organisatie. Vanuit ons Planon-hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen maak jij als meewerk stagiair HR &amp; Recruitment dagelijks impact. Je wordt onderdeel van ons team, leert van ervaren professionals en ontdekt hoe werving en HR-processen samenkomen. Je draagt actief bij aan recruitment- en HR-activiteiten en ontwikkelt je binnen dit dynamische vakgebied.

Elke reis begint met een eerste stap. Planon biedt jou een breed aanbod aan mogelijkheden om unieke en waardevolle ervaringen op te doen voor jouw toekomst. Als meewerk stagiair HR &amp; Recruitment werk je samen met onze Senior Recruiter aan de volledige werving en selectie van stagiaires die in februari 2027 starten bij Planon. Je draagt bij aan dagelijkse HR-processen en krijgt de kans om mee te kijken bij diverse HR-adviestrajecten, afgestemd op jouw interesses. Bij Planon leer je HR in de breedste zin: van sollicitatie- en verlofgesprekken tot het beantwoorden van medewerkersvragen en meewerken aan lopende HR-projecten. Daarnaast doe je zowel nationaal als internationaal waardevolle ervaring op. Als meewerk stagiair ben jij bezig met het:
Uitvoeren van het volledige wervings- en selectieproces van stagiaires voor de start in februari 2027, samen met de Senior Recruiter. 
Bijdragen aan dagelijkse HR-processen en vraagstukken van medewerkers oppakken. Denk aan de onboarding van nieuwe collega’s, payroll, verlofadministratie en contractwijzigingen.   
Meekijken bij diverse HR-adviestrajecten en gesprekken, zoals sollicitatie- en verlof- en exitgesprekken.  
Actief meewerken aan lopende HR-projecten zoals het vitaliteitsplan.  
Ontdekken van de veelzijdigheid van HR en recruitment, afgestemd op jouw leerdoelen en interesses.

Deze stage vindt plaats vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen en is goed te bereiken met het OV. Onze collega’s werken hybride maar komen ook graag naar kantoor, dat wordt gezien als ‘groen’ clubhuis waar verschillende culturen bij elkaar komen. Tijdens deze stage ben jij onderdeel van het Global HR team. Het team in Nederland bestaat uit 13 enthousiaste collega’s, ieder met een eigen specialisme. We werken hybride, maar meestal werken we 4 dagen per week samen op ons kantoor in Nijmegen. Jouw stagebegeleiders (HR adviseur en Senior Recruiter) begeleiden en ondersteunen je op persoonlijk en professioneel vlak gedurende je stageperiode. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

HBO opleiding in de richting van HRM; 
Beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal;
Proactieve en flexibele houding;
Oog voor detail en aanpassingsvermogen;  
Sociaal en zoekt graag de verbinding met het team en de organisatie.&lt;br /&gt;

Build scalable growth engines that unlock new markets worldwide. As a Growth Marketer at Planon, you play a key role in bringing our solutions to market globally. You take end-to-end ownership of a strategic growth domain, such as Field Services or Datacenters, and build and scale marketing programs, from market entry and positioning to pipeline creation and continuous optimization across regions. 
 
Your campaigns and content have direct impact on new business pipeline, market positioning, and regional visibility. Strong storytelling and writing skills are therefore essential to your success. 

You will join a modern, international marketing organization where experimentation and optimization are the standard. You work with data to understand what works, improve performance, and contribute to a more effective marketing organization. 

What you’ll do 

As a Growth Marketer, you design and execute campaigns that directly contribute to international growth and new business. You work closely with teams across regions and disciplines to bring campaigns from concept to launch, and ensure they deliver measurable impact. 

Your key responsibilities: 
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that open new markets and grow the pipeline 
Create and optimize content that activates leads and drives conversion 
Own campaigns end-to-end: from idea and content creation to execution and optimization 
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (digital, regional marketing, agencies) to successfully deliver campaigns 
Improve campaigns using data, experiments, and A/B testing to continuously increase ROI 
Work with marketing automation (e.g. Marketo) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) to build effective flows and campaigns &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You take ownership, work in a structured way, and know how to turn ideas into concrete results. You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and keeping momentum in a dynamic, international environment. You combine strong writing skills with the ability to execute and deliver campaigns.
What we’re looking for: 
4–7 years of experience in B2B digital/growth marketing 
Experience setting up and executing multi-channel campaigns 
Strong in content creation, with a focus on conversion 
Experience with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) 
Analytical and comfortable improving campaigns based on data and experimentation 
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
You live within a maximum of 1 hour commuting distance of our headquarters in Nijmegen&lt;br /&gt;

Drive the development of the Europe West partner ecosystem and transform it into a measurable revenue engine. At Planon, this role is central to accelerating our Europe West growth strategy. You will build and manage a high-performing network of local resellers and implementation partners who actively generate pipelines and close new business.
This is not a maintenance role. You will enter a greenfield environment with the autonomy to define priorities, recruit the right partners, and deliver commercial results. Your impact will be tangible in signed customers, recurring license revenue, and long-term strategic partnerships across the Europe West market.

What will you do 
Build and expand Planon’s Europe West partner ecosystem, targeting resellers and implementation partners in relevant industries.
Identify, recruit and contract new partners aligned with our growth strategy and ideal customer profile.
Develop structured joint business plans per partner, defining target industries, territories, revenue goals and activity levels.
 Drive partner-led pipeline creation, supporting opportunity development from qualification to closing customer wins.
Monitor performance, track forecasts and challenge partners on activity, pipeline progression and revenue delivery.
Work closely with internal sales, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure partners are enabled, trained and positioned for success.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We are looking for a commercially driven partner sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and takes ownership for results.
Proven experience in partner or channel sales within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Demonstrated track record of generating new revenue through indirect sales channels.
Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems in a developing or greenfield market.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive structure, accountability and measurable outcomes.
Confident and direct communicator, comfortable engaging with partner leadership and senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English; existing Europe West market network is a strong advantage &lt;br /&gt;
