As a Solution Center Specialist – IWMS, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining an excellent best-practice IWMS environment and related materials. You will maintain the best-practice configuration (Planon Accelerator), own the related knowledge base domains, and ensure up-to-date sales &amp; service readiness materials to support a smooth sales and implementation of our IWMS. For our services teams and partners, you are the go-to person for third line product questions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, solution strategists, and solution center specialists for other Planon solutions, to deliver a high-quality Accelerator that supports operational excellence within corporate and public real estate environments.

You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of specialists, product managers, and marketers, all working together to achieve shared goals.

You successfully fulfill your role by:

Product Ownership &amp; Delivery
Own and manage the best-practice Accelerator configuration, ensuring a single source of truth used for efficient implementations at customers.
Own the relevant IWMS domains in our Knowledge Base to ensure actual and accurate information about the solution, configuration and implementation.
Answer third line solution questions of services teams and implementation partners while expanding our knowledge bases as source.
Validate and verify delivered features to ensure high quality and customer value.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with global services teams and implementation partners to ensure a best-practice configuration as a starting point for implementations.
Work closely with your peers to ensure an aligned delivery of Accelerators and Sales &amp; Services Readiness materials. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in Planon Support or Implementation and a clear overview of the four functional domains of IWMS.
Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria: 
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Maintenance Management, Real Estate Management or IT. 
3–5 years of experience in implementation or support of Planon IWMS or related systems with experience in one or more domains of Asset &amp; Maintenance, BIM, Space Management and Energy &amp; Sustainability Management.
Strong communication skills in writing and spoken word with excellent command of English for global collaboration.
Ability to work in a structured way, set priorities and manage operational pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment where ad-hoc answers go along with building and maintaining a long term knowledge base structure. &lt;br /&gt;

Planon is upgrading its commercial tech stack and creating a more connected GTM tooling environment. To support this, we are looking for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, improving system workflows and partnering with teams to make tools work seamlessly.
As our Revenue Operations Specialist for Tooling and Efficiency, you will work where systems and people meet. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and IM, translate business needs into clear technical requirements and deliver improvements that reduce manual work and strengthen data quality. Through this, you will ensure the revenue organization is operationally set up to execute and measure strategic priorities through aligned tooling, defined processes and reliable reporting.

What you’ll do
Act as business owner for core GTM tools, including Salesforce, and define priorities that support scalable commercial operations.
Translate cross functional needs into clear technical requirements and partner with IM to deliver reliable automations, integrations and system improvements.
Improve data flows and system workflows by reducing manual work, strengthening data accuracy and enhancing overall tooling performance.
Lead enablement efforts by documenting standards, delivering training and supporting teams as new capabilities roll out.
Monitor system usage, adoption and reliability, and proactively identify gaps, issues or opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance to ensure our tools support how teams work and drive measurable impact.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You combine technical curiosity with the ability to work across a wide range of stakeholders. You understand how commercial teams use tools, and you enjoy improving systems so they work smoothly and reliably in daily operations.
You have:
Strong Salesforce expertise, ideally with admin level experience and confidence working through technical details.
Experience with a modern GTM tech stack, including automation, integrations and data flows across Sales, CS, Marketing and Finance.
The ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and partner effectively with IM on delivery.
A practical, hands on approach to solving tooling issues and improving workflows with scalability in mind.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills, enabling you to guide teams through change and strengthen adoption.
An analytical mindset, with attention to data quality, system reliability and the impact your improvements create.&lt;br /&gt;
