2026-1850 - Partner Sales Manager France

Category : Sales & Marketing - Partnering/Senior Partner Manager
Contract type : Permanent
Position description :
Build Planon’s partner business in France and turn it into a strong source of new revenue.
Our partner ecosystem in France is still at an early stage, giving you the opportunity to build it almost from the ground up. You will identify and develop the right partners, create a partner-led pipeline and ultimately drive new customer wins through the channel. France will be your primary market, with additional responsibility for partner sales activities in Spain and Portugal.
This is not a traditional partner management role. We are looking for a self-starter who combines partner development with a strong sales mindset and knows how to turn partnerships into measurable commercial results.
What will you do?
Build and execute Planon’s partner sales strategy for France, identifying and prioritising the partners with the greatest commercial potential.
Recruit and develop resellers and implementation partners, building strong commercial relationships and getting them invested in Planon.
Create joint business plans with clear target markets, activities, pipeline objectives and revenue goals.
Drive partner-led sales from opportunity identification and qualification through to winning new customers.
Own partner pipeline and forecasting, challenging partners on activity, progression and commercial results.
Support partner-led growth in Spain and Portugal and collaborate with Planon’s sales, pre-sales and delivery teams.

5+ years of sales experience, with strong experience in partner/channel sales and building commercial relationships through partners.
A track record of generating new business and revenue through indirect sales channels, not just managing or enabling existing partners.
Experience building or developing a partner ecosystem; enterprise SaaS/software experience is strongly preferred.
Understanding of complex, value-based enterprise sales and what partners need to successfully sell these types of solutions.
A highly independent, proactive and entrepreneurial approach: you can research the market, set priorities and build something that does not yet exist.
Fluent French and English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
Contract type : Permanent
Position description :
Are you an experienced bid professional with a talent for leading complex international tenders? As Bid Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in securing high-value contracts across Europe by leading strategic bid processes from qualification through submission.
You will work on complex opportunities across the Benelux, France, and Nordic regions, collaborating with teams across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to develop compelling, commercially competitive proposals. Your success will be measured through tender wins, strong stakeholder engagement, and your contribution to the company's commercial growth.
In this strategic role, you will act as the central coordinator of the entire tender lifecycle, helping shape winning strategies, commercial positioning, and customer-focused value propositions.

Facilitating and refining the go/no-go decision-making process and win strategy together with Sales and management
Managing the entire bid process, including planning, governance, and deadlines
Coordinating and aligning stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to create one integrated proposal
Translating complex input into a clear, commercially strong, and persuasive customer narrative
Defining win themes, positioning, and commercial choices, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities
Improving and standardizing bid processes, templates, and bid libraries across Europe

You bring experience in bid management, strategic tenders, or complex commercial projects within an international environment.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholder groups.
The ability to make sound decisions and guide stakeholders effectively under pressure.

Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
