You quickly understand new domains, structure complexity, and create delivery plans that hold up in practice. 7+ years of experience in complex project environments (enterprise SaaS, ERP, or similar is a strong plus, not a requirement) Proven ability to quickly understand new domains and translate complexity into structured delivery plans Strong governance, planning, and senior stakeholder management skills, including C-level exposure Experience managing international, multi-stakeholder delivery environments PMI certification (or equivalent) is required or strongly expected Fluent in English and Dutch. Fluency in French, or German is a strong plus
